Harabakken is a small farm in Ringsaker municipality in Innlandet county, located near the Økelsrudkrysset (four-lane E6) a few hundred meters south of Rudshøgda.
The property is approximately 80 acres, of which about 25 acres are cultivated land currently leased for grain production. Harabakken has a history dating back several centuries, and archaeological findings on the property are protected. In recent times, farming, forestry, and animal husbandry have been practiced at Harabakken. Sheep farming continued until the end of the 2010s, but this operation has now been discontinued, and the old buildings are planned for demolition. The cultivated agricultural area at Harabakken will continue to be used for conventional food production.
In 2019, Robert Storbekk and Hanne Kolloen purchased Harabakken with the aim of revitalizing the property and developing new green business activities, including modern food production and renewable energy generation. Plans include industrial high-tech plant factories with integrated solar power plants, an energy station for electric vehicle users, and rental space for innovation and research. The property is strategically located with an access at Økelsrudkrysset, and it has easy connections to the power grid, water, and sewage.
