Robert Storbekk and Hanne Kolloen purchase Harabakken through the company Harabakken AS, and start a feasibility study on possibilities to establish innovative and sustainable business within food production and production of renewable energy on the property.

October 2021

The first dialogue meeting is held with the head of planning, head of industry and head of agriculture in Ringsaker municipality, where preliminary plans and the results from the feasibility study were presented. The municipality expressed a positive attitude towards the project, both from an agricultural/industrial point of view, where it is considered very interesting to establish a future-oriented and climate-friendly project in the municipality to which development and research can be linked, as well as providing jobs. Harabakken AS enters into an agreement with the consulting firm Arealtek AS in Elverum for assistance with planning initiatives and detailed regulation of the property.

February 2022

A draft of the planning initiative was presented to the Planning Committee in Ringsaker municipality, which resulted in a decision that zoning planning work is permitted to be initiated for the property, limited to assessment of the establishment of greenhouses. Road service and charging stations are not in line with the land purpose in the municipal plan, and this land use must first be clarified through the land section of the municipal plan.

The planning initiative is presented to the Regional Planning Forum, which consists of representatives from Ringsaker Municipality, Innlandet County Council, the State Administrator, the Norwegian Road Administration and Nye Veier AS.

Proposals for a zoning plan applicable to the plant factories are sent to Ringsaker municipality.

February 2023

A meeting is held in the Planning Committee in Ringsaker municipality, where a decision is made to publish the zoning plan for Harabakken for public consultation. Harabakken AS enters into an agreement with the consultancy firm Plan1 AS in Elverum for assistance with detailed regulation of the property.

June 2023

In connection with the roll-out of the area part of the municipal plan, land input for the establishment of a rapid charging and service station at Harabakken is submitted.

November 2023

A meeting was held in the Ringsaker municipal council where the submitted proposal for the zoning plan for plant factories at Harabakken was approved.
